This is a national concessionary card. This card entitles the holder to one free ticket for a person accompanying them to the cinema. To be eligible, the cardholder must satisfy one of the following criteria:
- Be in receipt of disability living allowance or attendance allowance
- Be a registered blind person
The card costs £5.50 and is valid for one year.
