Hype Youth Centre is now up and running on Thursday evenings from 7pm to 9.30pm.

The club is for young people aged 13+ who want to join a social youth group for young people with mild/moderate learning difficulties; including Autism/Aspergers or low self esteem. The aim of the group is to build confidence and support young people to engage in a range of activities, enabling them to reach their full potential.

At Hype, young people will be able to take part in cookery, arts and crafts, games, trips, computer use, music, recreation and a social skills group.

Hype Youth Centre is based at the Hamble College site on Satchell Lane (opposite the sports facility). The youth project is run by Hampshire County Council staff who offer a wealth of experience with young people. All staff are CRB checked.

In the first instance please contact the Centre Manager Donna Brewer for more information – phone: 023 8045 2333; email eastleigh.youth@hants.gov.uk or visit www.hants.gov.uk/youth.
