What we do
We provide a range of activities (all run by volunteers).
All of our face-to-face activities are up and running again (see our Diary dates page).
Autism support group
Our monthly, evening autism support groups are open to all – parents, carers and family members of autistic children and adults, individuals on the autistic spectrum and professionals who work with them – to meet to exchange experiences, skills and understanding. Guest speakers are often invited. Branch members have access to our extensive resource library at our meetings.
Partners' support group
A monthly evening support group specifically for the partner of an autistic person, rather than the autistic partner, and regardless of whether they have a diagnosis or not.
Family youth club
We operate a monthly, Saturday afternoon, family youth club for children, their siblings and parents.
Southampton social groups
We run fortnightly social meetings for Children and Teenagers (along with their families) alternating with a fortnightly friendship group for Adults and older teenagers. Indoor and outdoor activities, social events and friendship.
LEGO club
We run a monthly LEGO club. We apply the Lego Therapy framework. LEGO Therapy involves building LEGO models in small groups or pairs where the children take on different roles and work together.
Resource library
Branch members also have access to our extensive resource library.
Social events, training opportunities and seminars
These occasional events are for the benefit of individuals and their families.
